Everyone involved with FTMS would like to thank all of the representatives from each of these fine venues. One of our goals within FTMS is to highlight the businesses that are already using manageable solutions and business models to treat everyone who performs a service within their establishment justly and fairly. Each of the above venues has agreed that our goals are entirely reasonable and have signed a support document pledging to:
1) Create a safe environment
2) Provide standard financial documents
3) Sign a written agreement with musicians specifying wages and working conditions.
4) Should a problem arise, participate in a resolution conversation.
